Cancellation Policy

PLEASE BE ADVISED: It is YOUR responsibility to add your appointments to your calendar and set a reminder. As a courtesy, we send out an email reminder twenty four hours (24 Hrs.) prior to your appointment and a text message three hours (3 hrs.) prior to your appointment. A twenty four hours notice is Required before any cancellation. Any cancellation less than 24 Hrs. prior to your scheduled appointment will be subject to a $25 Fee billed to you. All NO CALL-NO SHOW will be subject to 100% of your appointment rate/ value, billed to you. We look forward to serving you!
